- Free access requires no account. Paid plans are managed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans take effect immediately; annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
4. Refund Policy
All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
5. Content and Data Accuracy
- TrendVault provides market intelligence based on third-party analytics (including Kalodata), publicly available data, and proprietary research.
- All data, rankings, and revenue estimates are approximate and should be used as directional guidance, not exact figures.
- We do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue outcomes, or business success from using our intelligence reports.
- Content is updated weekly, but market conditions change rapidly. Always verify critical business decisions with your own research.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, reports, analysis, and design on TrendVault are protected by copyright.
- Paid subscribers may use our content for personal business decisions but may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share Pro/Insider content.
- Free content may be shared with attribution to TrendVault.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell paid content to third parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
- Share account credentials with multiple users
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Misrepresent TrendVault content as your own original research
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms:
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing, subject to Lemon Squeezy Terms
- TikTok Creative Center: Hashtag data links direct to TikTok's official tools
- Kalodata: Third-party analytics platform used for sales data estimates
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be completely accurate. TrendVault is a trend intelligence service, not financial or business advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TrendVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
